About sudoku
Sudoku is a logical number game which is increasingly gaining in popularity. It requires no previous knowledge and is easy to understand.
The classic 9-by-9 sudoku grid must be completed in such a way that
- in every row,
- in every column and
- in every 3-by-3 block (block of nine)
every number from 1 to 9 appears exactly once. For grids of 6-by-6 and 8-by-8, the rule is the same.
There is a definite solution for every suggested sudoku grid using the pre-given numbers.

Sudoku instructions
Sudoku Cracker 2.0 features an innovative control system that enables the player to enter notes in an empty grid with a single mouse click.
First of all, an empty grid is converted into a note with a single click of the left-hand mouse button.
The numbers 1 to 9 appear.
These numbers can now be deleted by a simple click. If you click again on the deleted number, the deletion can be undone again.
By double clicking on a number, it is activated for the solution. The activation can be undone by double clicking again.
If you press the button Check Game, all activated numbers will be checked. Numbers that do not match the solution will be marked accordingly and need to be corrected.
You can use the button Check Game as often as you like. The number of times you use the button is ultimately a matter of honour.
Record your time
Sudoku Cracker 2.0 has a small stopwatch for recording the time it takes for you to solve a puzzle. The stopwatch can be started, paused and deleted as often as you like.
